Improvement projects in operations areas

Throughout our journey in improvement projects in the operations areas we have acheived:

• 1,1 mio PLN of WIP on the pilot line in the wind energy production company
• 25% reduction of the cycle time in the blade manufacturing company, with a calculated income increase ~14 mio EUR annually
• operational improvements in service industry which reduces stocks, driving time, fuel consumption and increase productivity with 1 mio EUR total calculated reduction of costs
